CDLL was born in 2006 as a volunteer initiative when a group of concerned friends came together in order to help individuals who were losing their lives todrugs. From only 15 volunteers offering shelter and assistance to addicts, CDLL grew to become an established non-profit organisation that works in the field of development & prevention for youth and society, as well as rehabilitation for people suffering from drug and alcohol addiction.

We are committed to helping individuals and families overcome drug and alcohol related problems and build a brighter future through integrated, person centered treatments and recovery programs. We also strive to protect and empower our children against the dangers of drugs, to educate families and communities on how to counter this epidemic, and to advocate for a more solid and drug free society. Founded as a Christian mission, CDLL affirms the primordial value of life and serves all people regardless of religion, race, ethnicity, or gender.

We work for life by building strong youth, solid families and a healthier society.
